PC Cleaner activation key

Hello, I purchased PC Cleaner Pro but I haven't received my key to activate my software. Is this normal and how do you receive it?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 34.0.1847.116

      Because it sells you a dream, it claims to clean the PC, make the computer faster, when that won't be the case.
      In general, it tends to display exaggerated errors/alerts.

      Then Windows already has what it needs to clean itself, and there are sufficient programs like CCleaner.
