Bonjour
J'ai pas mal de soucis...
Plusieurs troyans que j'arrive à supprimer mais qui réapparaissent à chaque démarrage.
Plusieurs programmes ne s'ouvrent plus ou qui se ferment au bout de qqs secondes.

    L'exécuter, puis double-cliquer sur Smitfraudfix.cmd
    Choisir l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
    Copier-COLLER ce dernier dans un message sur le forum.

    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

    Relance le programme Smitfraud,
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
    Sauvegarde le rapport, redémarre en mode normal, copie-Ccolle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.

    au boulot

    Installer L2mfix là (nettoie ligne O20 de Hijackthis)

    1. extraire le fichier sur le bureau

    2. désactiver l'antivirus (car process est détecté faussement comme virus malware par certains antivirus)

    3. lancer l2mfix.bat et sélectionner l'option #1 et faire Enter pour faire apparaître le log (cela prend qqs minutes)

    4. Copie le log et COLLE moi le rapport
    ===================
    5. Fermes toutes tes fenêtres windows

    6. Relances l2mfix.bat et sélectionne l'option #2

    7. l'ordi va redémarrer automatiquement sinon le faire manuellement

    8. Recopie le log et COLLE moi à nouveau ce nouveau rapport

    9. Lances un Hijackthis tu le lances " Do a system scan and save log " et tu copie/COLLE le rapport

    Pour info,j'ai des soucis avec internet explorer,ma connection internet se coupe au bout de 5 min
    et là , ça fait 2 fois que le pc se coupe tout seul

    J'ai ete dur en postant, je m'en excuse et je suis d'accord avec le fait d'etre a plusieur.

    Mais c juste pour savoir ce qu'a fait le virus dans son system.
    A partir de la on pourrait avoir un support.
    Surtout que lorsque qu on enlève le virus , il laisse tjs des residus ou a modifié le comportement d'autres applications, que toute analyses ne detecte pas forcement.

    Bien regcleaner + cleanup40 ont fait leur boulot
    A chaque démarrage de windows,il me dit qu'il manque un fichier
    "c:\windows\programmefiles\...\ibm00013.exe" ???
    (c'était avant le nettoyage de registre)

    je ne l'ai pas pris mal,je sais que tu veux m'aider,et ça c'est super de ta part mais j'aurais bien voulu t'envoyer ces fichus virus mais je ne les connais pas vraiment!!!
