Watch TV with a USB internet dongle

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to know if with a mobile internet key, you could watch TV a bit like with Free or Orange, etc.
Because I have a friend who lent me his Bouygues Telecom key and I can browse well with it since I’m on the move, but I would like to be able to watch a movie or two in the evening in my truck, or catch the news, etc. So, is this possible with this key?
Because at home I have Free and with VLC by entering the link mafreebox.blabla, I can get the TV and I was thinking that with this key since I can surf, it should be possible, right?
Thanks for your responses because in the evening it’s a bit of a hassle without news or movies.
