Est-il parti ce spy sheriff?

je vous joins le 2 è rapport après nettoyage mais je ne pense pas que ce soit encore clean car je n'ai répondu qu'à une seule question et ensuite on me signale que le fichier c:\windows\winlogon.exe +celui de system 32 + servicepackfiles\j386 ne sont pas trouvables... alors que faire ? j'ai cherché je ne les vois nulle part!
