Hello, following a PC change, I installed a backup from the old one on the new PC. Some files from the old computer have been installed in C, and I would like to delete them. It is impossible because I am being asked for permission from trustedinstaller.
Do you know how to proceed?

    Hello, I solved my problem.
    I downloaded the software "unlocker" and it allowed me to delete all the unwanted files.
