Pokémon White: Training Your Pokémon

Hello,
I have Pokémon White version
I'm at the League and I'm looking for a good place to train my Pokémon other than Victory Road (you don't gain enough XP even with the Lucky Egg) because the League is too tough
My team:

Furabird level 42
Dwebble level 43
Colbatium level 43
Terrakion level 44
Talonflame level 50
Audino level 57

    So train your Pokémon in the caves, there are some Pokémon a bit stronger, and there's Pokémon White 2, if so just before my Concorde gallery, there are houses and behind the one in the back, there's a Gyarados you can capture, but it's not very strong, but I beat Piérris with it.

    Hello,

    Look for wild Nanméouïe that are roughly the same level as your Pokémon; when you defeat one, you earn a lot more points. If you give your Pokémon a Multi Exp or a Lucky Egg, they will gain even more.

    I found a pretty cool trick to know which of my Pokémon is the strongest! I make them fight... against each other!!!!! To do this properly, you need at least two Pokémon at level 70. Then, put the two you want to battle at the front of your team and head not far from the day care, into the very first double grass patches in the game, and look for a double battle. Once that's done, the next part is very simple: instead of attacking the wild enemies, you let your two Pokémon battle against each other... and may the strongest win!!!!

    Hi, I know a trick to capture Fulguris in its white form
    As you know, it flees all the time, so set its HP to 1 using False Swipe. When you next encounter Fulguris with 1 HP, throw a Quick Ball. That's how I caught it.
    And it's pretty good!
