Hello,
I accidentally deleted the explorer.exe processes! logically there is only the wallpaper displaying, not knowing what to do I turned off the PC, and now it won't start anymore (black screen) please it's urgent knowing that the PC is not mine, how can I restart this process?

Hello,
If it's just the explorer process that you’re missing, you just need to restart it.
To do this, it's quite simple: press the famous ctrl+alt+delete which allows you to open the task manager. Once it's open, go to File (if you don’t see it, the shortcut is alt+F) then click on New Task (Run).
In the window that opens, all you have to do is type explorer (or explorer.exe) and then click OK.
Note: this won't work if you have actually deleted the explorer.exe file itself, which is located here: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe

Otherwise, make sure that no external devices (USB stick or external hard drive) are connected to your computer when you turn it on.
