Hello,

I have a Gigaset AL140/AL145 device. I can receive calls, but I can't make any, because when I dial a number, my correspondents’ lines ring busy.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

      My problem is different: I would only like to increase the ringtones when I'm called on my phone. Currently, it rings three times, I would like it to ring 10 times. How can I do this?

      I have the same problem as Odile with my Gigaset A155: I receive calls but cannot make calls because the line seems busy.

      I own the Siemens A 585, with 3 handsets. For a week, I've been having problems with the 2 additional handsets during an external call; sometimes they ring, sometimes nothing happens. I just reset the base of one of them, and since then I have a message appearing on the phone telling me to contact online support.

    The screen of my Gigaset S455 SIM keeps flashing constantly on a normal display (time). Nothing else appears to be abnormal. It is the only phone in the house. The batteries were changed a few weeks ago. It is a device that was working normally for several years.
