Bonjour John
I will reply in English, simply because you have an English name !
As well as the battery that controls the CMOS settings, you may also have a special chip on your motherboard that controls date and time.
Inspect your mobo and look for a chip marked RTC.
If you find one, and it is soldered to the board, you may be in trouble as they are not replaceable...however, you may discover the chip is in an IC socket and can be clicked out and replaced.
