Capacité d'un rootkit ??? jusqua quoi ??!!!!!

Bonjour,

j'ai télecharge combofix y a pas longtemps, et aprés l'avoir exicuté il a decellai une activité de rootkit et il a generé ce rapport qui va suivre et avec un message qui dit que le fichier registre est infecté.
alors je voudrai savoir si je dois craidre pour mes fichiers personel ou pas ?
