Hello,

I have the EBP quotes and invoicing software classic open line 2011 3.2.
So far, no problem, I created my own invoice template with the integrated program for template customization and I saved this template under my name.
However, I can't set my invoice template as the default; I have to use the dropdown menu every time to choose my template.

If someone has the solution, I'm interested.

    Hello,

    To set your default template, you need to go to "prints" at the bottom left of your screen in the "navigation" area. Then a window will appear with 2 tabs: "Categories" and "Keywords". You go to "categories" and you will be able to select Quotes or invoices and there you will find all the existing templates for these documents. You right-click on yours and set it as default.
