-By phone: by dialing *148# for free or 221 from your SYMA line (0.40€/min)
-By sending CONSO by SMS to 20555 (only for tracking consumption of Pass)

However, getting customer service at 243 is tough during these times of confinement. They don't seem to be able to authorize a connection sharing from an iPhone.... I had to buy an Android and it was a hassle trying to get it to work as a modem despite several requests to customer service and the hotline.
