Hello,
I have a problem because I want to restore my laptop to factory settings. I have the 3 DVDs I had recorded for this purpose. In the documentation, it says to insert DVD1 into the computer, restart by pressing F12 to access the BIOS Setup Boot menu to boot from the drive. When I do this, I get a continuous sequence of beeps but no message or DOS menu. If I release, it stops and the computer starts normally as usual. What should I do?
Thanks

Hello,
To restore your Packard Bell:
First, try the F11 key (without the master DVD); that should be enough if the recovery partition is still on the PC.
Otherwise, look here: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/1380-materiel-packard-bell-restauration-master

Hello,
I have an Easynote Nj65 and I had the same problem. I had to go into the BIOS by pressing F2 at startup, and modify the boot settings on the system page (if I remember correctly). Then be sure to save the change and at the next startup F12 will work.
