Black PC screen after HDMI connection

Hello,

My problem is as follows:

I connected my HP Pavilion PC to my Panasonic TV via an HDMI cable. Everything was working perfectly, but today a bug appeared on my PC, I can't move my mouse on the TV, I unplugged the cable, but the same thing happened on the PC, I can't move the mouse (neither with the trackpad nor with a USB mouse). Anyway, I had to turn off the PC manually (by pressing the power button).

In the end, the computer restarts, asking me if I want to launch system repair (standard) or start Windows normally; again there’s nothing unusual.

Here comes the problem, I select "start Windows normally," but after that, the screen goes black and does not boot.
I've really tried a lot of things, restarting several times, with the HDMI cable, without the cable, TV on, off, and system repair does nothing..
Safe mode allows me to access Windows and gives me access to the screen.

I want to know now if you know what I should do to access the PC without going through safe mode, what settings do I need to change?

I am a student, I have all my courses on it, my music, etc., and on top of that I use my computer daily to type these courses.

Does anyone have any ideas to help me?

Thank you!

If it's a laptop, you should have an FN key. For me to connect to the TV, I need to press FN+F4. Look, it's simple.
