Hello,
I bought this MP4 player, but when I connect it to the PC, it doesn't recognize it. When I try to install it using the CD that came with it, towards the end of the installation, it asks for a cab "amv/mp3set3_57\msi.cab" that should normally be on the CD, so the installation won't complete. So I just bought the digital mp4 audio player for 2 times less than this http://static.hugedomains.com/images/logo_huge_domains.gif
but I have several problems with it

1/: I don't have access to the folders, there's only random mode or continuous play
2/: I put all my music on it, and weird folders with strange writing like symbols are created at the end
3/: when I play the few songs that the player dares to play, I reach some and the player freezes and turns off

What should I do??
please help me because this is the 5th one that doesn’t work in a year and seriously I’m starting to lose it spending countless hours on it

Hi!!
I have a 1GB Neom MP4, I formatted it once and now my MP4 turns off and on every time!!
When I connect it to my PC, I can't send my songs to my MP4 because it tells me I need to format it again and I can't do it, please help me!!

If your computer doesn't recognize your MP4 player, it's probably a cable problem. It happened to me too, and some of my friends as well.

Hello everyone.

When you have an MP3 or an MP4 (except for IPOD)
you MUST manually disconnect the device under Windows !!!! Otherwise, you will shock your equipment every time, and it will eventually stop working.

Flash memory is very fragile... I wonder why they don't make a small Windows utility to simplify the disconnection process (IPOD is spot on in this regard)
It's a shame.

Hello, I just received my Digital MP4 Player, but the video files are not working.
First, with the conversion driver, it seems like it doesn’t work; nothing starts, or I just don’t know how to make it work.
When I think I have successfully converted it to AVI with another software, I see it on the player, but it doesn’t play it and shows “unfavorable file.” Help me figure out what’s wrong; otherwise, it seems to work perfectly, but a nice screen without being able to watch videos is useless.

It's normal that you only have the sound, it's in mp3, which is a music format. I got a software to convert videos, I think it's AVI converter, you have to remember to put the videos that are going to be converted and the result of the conversion in the folder C:/Program Files/AVI converter. Now my only problem is that I can't find AVI converter anymore ^^

Good evening,  I believe I have a slight battery problem because when I plug it into my computer it works, and when I unplug it and turn it on, it shuts down not even two minutes later. Il faut utiliser le petit CD fourni avec ton MP4, mais il faut d'abord mettre le CD puis le MP4 et ton PC s'éteindra automatiquement et il se rallumera. Puis tu pourras mettre des sons.

Here I have a problem, like all of you, I really need to resolve mine because it's like many others, the same.  One day I had no more battery, when I got home I decided to charge it already... it's strange, my computer doesn't detect it. Then I leave it charging on my computer for a long time...  I unplug it, making sure the USB is properly disconnected!   Then when I turn it on... it turns on perfectly but... there you go, insufficient battery. And then when I managed to turn it back on, a blue hourglass appears... it shows me the welcome message "welcome," then poof the hourglass comes back and poof... it freezes, the hourglass blinks because the screen turns off and on again...   No longer able to charge it because it no longer responds, I'm going to go crazy....    Help me if you managed to understand me.
