I have a One For All remote control "URC 3330" and I'm having a problem. My daughter pressed some buttons that disturbed the settings of the remote, and now I cannot change my TV, which is a "Thomson," or my VCR, "Sharp VC M31." I have a remote control, of unknown brand, rectangular, gray in color. The only indication is the inscription "World 4" in yellow below the buttons.
