Hello,
right-click on "Computer" in the left menu "Device Manager..."
in there find "Network Adapters" (in your case there are two) right-click on the wireless one, disable it.
that’s all!-
Good evening,
nothing appears to me in "network adapter" and following these steps the network adapter is not detected
my PC is an HP Windows 7 Intel Core i5
the Wi-Fi button located above the keyboard is orange (the orange light means that Wi-Fi is disabled) pressing it does nothing
thank you
for wanting to help me -

Hello,
I’m reopening an old post: the CMP solution works very well, however I would like to understand why the ctrl + f2 command no longer works on my wifi (it works for bluetooth, though).
Also, even though I can now turn off the wifi, this solution is not very convenient. Does anyone have any ideas? -
Hi "CMP"
I thank you a thousand times it was exactly that!!!
I'm not surprised to have snooped around without falling onto it.
simple and clear explanation for sure...
long live how it works.com useful in many areas...
bye buddy...
