Bonjour,
Chaque fois que je vais sur le web, avec Firefox ou chrome, plantage systématique si je tente de lire une vidéo.
J'ai réinstallé mon pilote de carte graphique, mis à jour les navigateurs et flash player, rien à faire.
Qui aurait un conseil ? est-ce une possible infection (je n'ai pas d'autres symptômes)

voilà le rapport BSOD de BlueScreen (je colle ensuite à tout hasard les sélections des fichiers indiqués en rose dans la deuxième moitié de la fenêtre de résultats, pour les deux dossiers indiqués dans la partie supérieure de la fenêtre)

Ok,
TU as le cd de windows? Si oui maintiens les touches Windows et R enfoncées, tape sfc.exe /scannow et valide par enter, introduis ton cd dans le lecteur.
