Preschool organizational chart

Hello, let me introduce myself in two words: lost girl lol. I'll explain: I have an internship report to write and so far I'm doing pretty well, but the hitch is that I have to create an organizational chart of the structure and I've looked on the internet and I haven't found anything very interesting or easy to understand.
I hope someone can help me because I'm getting desperate....
kisses to all

    Good evening,
Which software are you using for your report? If it's Word, it includes a chart.
In 2007, either insert, then SmartArt,
or insert, text group, object, and select the Microsoft organization chart (the old one from version 97).
In 2003, you will also find insert object and organization chart 2.0 (if I remember correctly, but there’s only one in the list, so you should find it).
In OpenOffice, the drawing toolbar has shapes to create an organization chart (it's not great, I admit).

Anyway, if the organization chart is large, it's probably better to do it on a spreadsheet; it's easier to manage print options and print compression!
    Have a good evening.

Hi Angel 420, I'm on Works because I don't have access to Word from my computer.
Well, it's a small organizational chart for a kindergarten, so there aren’t a lot of people compared to a company.

You can take Dia, which specializes in the field you want

I don't remember works very well, I have worked on it very little but I don't recall seeing an organizational chart.
Otherwise, OpenOffice is free and it's a suite.
    Have a good evening

    Hello galou.

What do you want: To know what to put in the organizational chart or to learn how to draw an organizational chart?

In the first case, we don't know anything, because we don't know your school.
In the second case, you can use the automatic organizational charts in Word and Excel, or draw as you like with Excel's Drawing tools.

Hello Raymond, it would be more like the first case. I just want a basis, in fact a common organizational chart for all the schools, with a director, maintenance staff, ATSEM, EVS, teachers… finally a basic structure because creating it isn't the problem, it's the hierarchical level that I'm struggling to place.

Precisely, this is the very object of the work that is being asked of you:

It’s up to you to question and observe to find out who is the boss of whom, who is the colleague of whom; then you just have to graphically represent all of this.
But we don't know anything about it, except that the director is at the top of the hierarchy ...
It's also up to you to decide whether you only indicate the categories of personnel (for example, "teachers") or if you include a box with the name of each person.

Thank you for the helping hand. I know I need to ask, but it was to get a head start on my internship report and to find a common organizational chart for all the preschools, which I would also expand upon.
