International blocked call (possible?)

Hello,

I would like to call someone from France to abroad with a hidden number. I wanted to know if even with a hidden number, the person would receive a note on their bill indicating that they received a call from abroad (even if it wasn't charged to them).

Does it say:
International calls received: France
or is there nothing indicated at all?

I would like to specify that the person is not French, so they have a "local" mobile phone. I'm not calling a French number abroad.

Yes to unknown caller.
I mean that I intentionally hide my number.
If she answers, will she be able to see my number??

What I wanted to say is, will the mention "International call will appear on her bill" or will my call remain unknown regardless?
