Hello, I turn on my TV, I'm with Free in total unbundling, my welcome screen says error the remote server is not responding try again and I keep trying but nothing works, what's happening? Thank you
Still the same problem, or worse. I’m writing these lines with difficulty and it remains very challenging, and there is still the issue of the remote server of the Freebox HD with the server error message, but worse, I have the Freebox rebooting unexpectedly.
Indeed, my image freezes and stays stuck, then when it restarts, I regularly get a message about a server problem. But the TV is only the secondary issue because now my Freebox reboots every 20 seconds on average.
I have swapped the Freeplugs, changed sockets, tried with a separate Ethernet cable, but still nothing. I’ve done several hard reboots of both boxes but nothing changes, I’ve tested the Freeplug with the LEA softplug software but nothing to report. I've resynchronized the Freeplug but nothing special. The time is displayed but stays on 01:01 and then alternates with the correct time before rebooting again.
I have university work to do exclusively online as I need a stable connection but that's not the case, and I have to provide a monumental amount of work to be submitted every day of the week.
I contacted Free to resolve the issue, but they only told me that they would call me and that they would test my line, but when...?
I am desperate and disheartened by this situation; I need to finish my work because I cannot afford to spend too many sleepless nights trying to find an internet connection elsewhere than at home given the situation.
