Menu bar in Indesign CS3

Hello,

My menu bar in InDesign CS3 has disappeared. I can't get it to reappear. Can anyone tell me what to do or what's going on?

    If it's the control bar at the top, it can be made to disappear and reappear with the key combination "Alt+ctrl+^"

    It's also available in the "window/control" menu
