Blocked Step 2 Freebox v6 connection

Hello,

I just received my Freebox v6 today, but when I plug it in, it gets stuck at step 2:
"Searching for signal" for 20 minutes, then "Check xDSL/FTTH connection"

I just opened the line; I didn’t have internet before and everything is correctly connected.

What should I do?

    Hello!
    I'm sharing my contribution based on a personal experience. Some friends of mine had the same issue getting stuck on step 2 even though everything was properly connected. If this happens to you, do not perform any other actions like rebooting or anything else because the problem comes from Free.

    Just wait and try again in the following days and, as if by magic, you'll get past this step 2 until the clock appears, indicating that everything is operational.

      BONJOUR PROBLÈME MOULINE SUR 2, nous avons changé de freebox, celle de la voisine, c'est toujours pareil, nous n'arrivons pas à joindre Free par téléphone, je pense qu'il n'y a plus de ligne.
