Vista ne démarre plus

Bonjour à tous.

Depuis une semaine à peu près mon portable Toshiba fait des siennes. Tout à commencer par un pop up de microsoft security essentials me demandant de scanner le pc, ce que j'ai malheureusement commencer à faire pour pouvoir fermer la fenêtre et depuis que des soucis. J'ai redémarré Vista à partir du HDD et c'est de pire en pire. Vista ne démarre qu'en mode sans échec, en plus de ça des pages internet se rédirigent automatiquement vers des sites douteux, bref c'est le chaos.
