Rapport AD-remover

Bonjour,
J'ai telechargé AD-remover pour suppromer EOREZO.
J'ai fait le scan mais je ne comprends rien dans le rapport de scan!
Quelqu'un peut m'aider à le dechiffrer et me dire quoi faire comme deuxième étape?
