Hello,

I dropped my laptop after tripping over the charger cable. It was on and fell straight from the chair onto the tile floor.
When I turned it back on, I tried different options: starting normally, safe mode, etc... Each time, I end up with a black screen... What can I do?

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13

For the final word, I left my PC at a repair shop. It was only the hard drive that was damaged, and for 145 euros, they gave me a brand new hard drive, reinstalled everything, and recovered all my data. It's like new!
