Hello,

Unfortunately, I have not yet received any answers regarding my issue. I bought a duo Alcatel Versatis D150 through Orange, but they both indicate not registered. What should I do? I need it, and why can't it be fixed? Does anyone have an answer? I have tried unplugging the Livebox, removing the batteries, and everything I could find on the internet, but nothing concrete has worked.
Thank you if someone could provide me with a response.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13

I'm having a problem; I can't get rid of the voicemail indicator even though I've read all my messages. What should I do?

It's simple, your phone is not registered in its database:

To do this, you need to press and hold the button located on the base until the red LED blinks, then go to the handset menu > advanced settings > register the phone.

If you see the signal bar displayed on the handset, it means that it is properly registered.
Thank you, dede. I actually didn't understand which button to press! Really clueless, and it works of course. Kisses.

Excusez-moi, j'ai essayé votre solution, mais cela ne met pas mon téléphone fixe en marche et en plus la LED rouge clignote tout le temps. Merci, cordialement.
