Sound very low on HDMI with Canal decoder

Hello,

I just installed a 60cm satellite dish sent by Canal...
But I have a sound problem, which is very low.
My decoder is connected via HDMI to my LG TV, and the sound is relatively weak. I have to turn the volume on the decoder all the way up and significantly increase the TV's volume, which is not normal...

I tried going into the decoder's menu to change the default sound settings, but whether I set it to maximum or minimum, it doesn't make any difference...

I tried using the SCART connection: the sound is better, but the picture quality is terrible...

I also tried connecting a red and white cable between the decoder and the TV to try to boost the sound, but it doesn't make any difference... On the TV, I don't have a sound IN input....
Does anyone have any tips to share because this is honestly quite annoying...

In this specific case, you need to go to the decoder menu, sound settings, and set the decoder volume to maximum, then confirm; next, enter the TV code into the decoder remote and everything should be back to normal regarding sound.

Good evening,
Having this problem with my Samsung LED 3D series 8 TV and Canal+ HD Wi-Fi decoder, I followed this procedure because the sound is displayed at level 23 on the decoder's screen and is not satisfactory. The decoder and TV are at maximum volume. The decoder's remote control doesn't go above 23.
It is also worth noting that the sound sometimes decreases and behaves like a yo-yo.
Very unpleasant with otherwise high-performance equipment...
With regular reception, outside of the decoder, the volume is perfect and controllable.
If you have a solution > thank you in advance.
