Hello!
I am a secretary and I am a beginner user of Access.
I would like to create a database containing the contact details of candidates who leave their resumes with me.
So I will create a table and queries.
I would like to know if we can then have links to the PDF files related to the query results (the scanned resumes).
Thank you for your help, I do a lot of research in forums but I must admit that I haven’t found a satisfactory explanation....
Thanks again!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.13

Hello,
You can have a field in your database that contains the name of a document. A pdf for example, and clicking on it will display the document.
In your Access database, you need to add a field with the characteristic: data type = Hyperlink
Once the field is added, you need to fill it with the name of the document, right-click on the field / Hyperlink / edit hyperlink and use the file explorer to select the relevant document.
Best regards
