Good evening,
I created a chart in Excel 2010.
However, since the chart represents a follow-up over the year, at the moment, I am filling in cells that are at the bottom of the Excel sheet, so I can't see my chart which is anchored at the top.
I would like to know if it is possible to have the chart positioned in front of the last filled row to see the evolution in real-time as I fill in the table.
I hope I was clear enough and someone will have a solution (not too complicated) to my problem (well, there are worse problems).
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: ASUS X52JC-EX495V
i3-370M
RAM 4Go
Windows 7 Home Edition
Mozilla 3.6.13

Hi forum
You can do this with a macro
Check the following file: Graphique_mobile.xls
Just click in column A to position the chart.

Hello Myta,
I opened your file but it's not working...
By default, Office 2010 disables macros: I enabled everything, saved, and relaunched the file but nothing happens as the chart stays where it is no matter where I place my cursor!
There must be something I'm not doing correctly but I don’t know what.

Good evening,
I think you can freeze the top cells, the ones that contain the chart (you select the rows that contain your chart, Tab: View, Freeze Panes). You will then be able to scroll through the table and your chart will always remain visible.
This is the answer I thought of as long as I understood what you want.
Good luck-
Good evening,
I must have expressed myself poorly because I have data in columns A to F on my sheet, and currently my chart is in the cell range G2-Q2;G28-Q28.
I am filling in the cells in row 48, and so I can only see the x-axis of my chart.
I think your idea would have been good if I had the chart above my data table.
I tried using split, but when I scroll down on the left side, it also scrolls down on the right side.
If you have another brilliant idea, I’m all ears!
Otherwise, I will reorganize my sheet to do what you suggested.

And what’s the point of seeing the graph WHILE you’re entering the data?
You’ll have time to look at it AFTER!
But if you insist, just go to View/New Window/Arrange:
you’ll have 2 independent windows.
