1.redemarre en mode sans echec (redemarage + tapotte sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume)
2. desactive ta restauration (pour win xp ) comme ceci :
clike droit sur post de travaille/proprietes/restauration system et la tu coche desactiver la restauration du systeme tu applique
3. affiche les fichier cacher comme ceci :
clicker sur demarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Decocher masquer les extentions dont le type est connues
4.ensuite va dans demarrer/rechercher et tape:
msnq3insller.exe
suprime le
ensuite va dans :
C:\Program Files\Freeprod Toolbar\ supprime le dossier en gras
vide ta corebeille
refait un scan si tt va bien reactive la restauration et masque les fichiers caché en suivant le meme chemin
redemare en mode normal
telecharge et execute ces antispywares si tu ne les a pas encore ( pense a les mettre a jour avant de les lancées)

Pendant l'installation, sur la page "Additional Options", décoche les deux options "Install background guard" et "Install scan via context menu Ewido Security Suite. Clique sur mise à jour.
Clique sur scanner puis sur scan complet du système.
refait un hijack et colle le resultat ici

pour plus de protection je te conseille d'installer un parfeu pour empecher les spy et autre malware de rentrer dans ton pc :

options > nettoyage du registre > sauvegarde > créer une sauvegarde : cela permettras de restaurer une clé supprimée ultérieurement par erreur avec regcleaner.
pour effectuer un netoyage du registre :
outils/netoyage du registre/ tout faire
apres l'analyse clike sur " selection/ tout puis clike sur "supprimer selections ( en bas a droite)
3.supprime des programes du demarrage pour gagné en rapidité
Démarrer/Exécuter/tape: msconfig/ dans l'onglet demarage decoche tout laisse coché seulement ce qui est utile c'est a dire antivirus (avg) / firewall (t'en a pas)
tu clike sur appliquer/ redemarrer maintenant
au redemarage une petit fenetre s'affichecoche ne plus afficher ce message
tente aussi de faire une defragmenetation + scan disk ca va prendre du temp mais ca vaut le coup
redemare et tente encore une fois de faire le scan chez panda

Je vais appliquer ce que tu me demande mais je crois que le plantage est plutot du à un virus car il tourne parfaitement bien pendant 5 à 10 minutes puis d'un seul coup il s'arrete...
De plus mon PC vient d'être formaté donc si il y a déjà un problème de mémoire ca craint !!!!
