Hello and thank you, I had the wrong connection; I plugged it in at the top. Thanks for your response^^

Same!!! I've been looking for a solution to this problem for a week :(
I must admit that it wasn't a very good idea to choose this type of plug for charging. Especially when another one that's almost identical (from the user's perspective) is placed nearby.

Are you sure you are connected to the right connector, the charging one and the one at the bottom?
