The Archos tablet won't charge anymore.

Hello, my Archos tablet no longer charges at all, we have to charge it via USB cable, which is not good for a tablet. What should I do?

    Hello,

    You can call customer service and if your tablet is under warranty, get it serviced. If not, you can have it repaired.

    But I don't see how charging via USB is bad?
