Archos 101 battery issue

Hello,
I've been having a problem with my Archos 101 tablet since this morning. My tablet is plugged in to charge, but when I unplug it, it supposedly runs out of battery and shuts down by itself, even though I left it connected for a long enough time. So I have to keep it plugged in to use it.
Do you have any solutions? If there's really nothing I can do, I'll go exchange it since I have the warranty.
