I finished the game.
So here's what you need to do to "seduce" Alexandre:

- Reach 1000 clients (Lisa will let you know)

- Unlock everything at the Manor except for the cash option (that's a backup, it comes back every time).

- Have all the Masquerade outfits (so do each contest 10 times + wait for your Birthday for Alexandre to gift you the exclusive Masquerade outfit, the Duchess outfit).

- Once you've done all that, wait for February 12 and Sidonie (Alexandre's maid) will come to buy you some stockings (Alvarado) to seduce Alexandre. She will also tell you that Alexandre might invite you.

Indeed, shortly after, Alexandre will come to see you (on Valentine's Day) and will invite you to the Fair. Lisa (your assistant) will be jealous and will then leave you. Two days later, she comes back and asks for forgiveness. You just have to respond with "forgiven" and that's it. Nothing extraordinary happens besides that. Some people say that after that Alexandre offers to open a third shop, but I don't know yet if that's true or not. (I'll keep you updated).
