Cost of a call to Chronopost: outrageous!

Hello,
I placed an order online, the site ships via Chronopost. I chose in-store pickup. This morning, I received an email explaining that "I" was not home this morning, so delivery was impossible. The problem is that since the pickup point is a store, it was obviously closed this Monday morning... but anyway, let's move on...
The email invites me to call the number provided (0825801801, of course charged extra) to (I quote the email) "give the necessary instructions for delivery"... okay, I call: estimated wait time 12 minutes (at €0.15/min... great!). While searching on the Chronopost website, I found another number (0969391391, supposedly no extra charge). Wait time 4 minutes (that's better...) and I get through to a lovely person who, very professional, manages to keep me waiting over 16 minutes only to finally tell me that "it's all set, the package will be delivered tomorrow to the same pickup point." Great! Yes, except that, checking my Orange account, that little call cost me the modest sum of €5!!!! This is a disgrace and frankly a real organized scam.

All this waiting just to know which depot my package was at is completely outrageous.
Are you with Orange? Look no further. At Orange, when you call a 09 number (a box) other than Orange... you pay (unlike other ISPs like Free)!! I recently had the bitter experience because I'm with Orange and all my family and in-laws are with Free, and when I call them on their 09 numbers, I pay.
(I don't work at Chronopost but) So if you paid €5 for a call to a 09 number, it's thanks to Orange and not Chronopost. However, what Chronopost should specify (but maybe they don't know) is that it is free "depending on the operator".
In the end, if there's any shame in this, it's that Orange charges for calls to 09 numbers other than their own.
Configuration: Mac OS X (10.9) / Firefox 39.0
What a lack of professionalism and seriousness. Carrier to be avoided as long as the staff is not trustworthy. Furthermore, the package was DAMAGED on all sides. Fortunately, the item was well protected.
