Impossible de faire Restart sans boguer!

Bonjour,
Voila, j'ai remarquer que depuis certain temps que quand je fais restart, il veut plus fermé rendu a "Windows is shutting down...", Ce qui m'oblige par la suite a faire Reset... Mais sinon, quand je fais "Turn Off" il marche bien. Quelqu'un saurai la solution a mon probleme svp?
