Edit a reader's letter: grayed out Solved

Question

Hello,

I am using Windows 7, and I have a removable disk.
When I go to disk management, I try to change the drive letter, but it's greyed out and impossible to do.

I've also tried in safe mode, but no success.

In fact, my network drive and my disk both have the letter G:, and they are in conflict.

Decorate the network drive (note the configuration if necessary), connect the external drive, change its letter, and then reconnect the network drive to its old letter.

Right-click on the network drives then disconnect, after that you can add them manually. If there's a red cross, try to access them to check.

J'ai réussi à déconnecter un des deux réseaux, mais l'autre me dit que la connexion n'existe pas... tandis que quand je clique dessus, j'ai bien accès au dossier.

is your path valid?
right-click on the drive, (properties ==> previous versions, and check the name) then disconnect and reconnect it in this format: \\sharename\yourfolder\etc...
