red circle with exclamation mark

For a week now, red circles with an exclamation mark have appeared on all my folders and files that are still functioning...

What is it...? How to fix it...? Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

I think it has something to do with TuneUp it's the same red warning circle as TuneUp!!!!

I see you have Windows 7, you can try this:
1) Run a disk scan, start, computer... right-click on the hard drive, properties,
tools, check both boxes, start the scan and repair, duration 1 hour.

the disk scan is located above defragmentation, it is not an antivirus, but it is an integral part of Windows 7, a repair tool that helps correct errors that may develop due to software or others. @+
