Bonjour,
J'ai enfin trouver le probleme!! enfin pour moi cela marche.
J'ai un vaio VGN-FS315M.
Vous allez vaio.sony.fr puis assistance puis vous telecharger le fichier zip utilities puis vous instaler dans l'ordre:
1 Sony Utilities (Folder 1)
2 Sony Shared Library (Folder 2)
3 Vaio Event Service (Folder 6)
Quand on vous demande de redemarrer vous redemarrer...Pour le folder 2 ce sera le cas...
Normalement qd votre ordi se rallume (apres instal le folder 2) ca remarche,si c'est pas le cas on continue en installant folder 6.
Si cela marche toujours pas ON REFAIT L ETAPE EN ENTIER,CERTAINS UTILISATEURS SI REPRENNENT A 3 FOIS POUR QUE CELA MARCHE

Your model doesn't have the Utils.exe utility. Instead you need to download the pre-installed utilities for your model and then install the following in this order:
1 Sony Utilities (Folder 1)
2 Sony Shared Library (Folder 2)
3 Vaio Event Service (Folder 6)
Then re-boot. You may find that you need to repeat this more than once...
if, after installing the utilities, followed by a reboot, the FN keys are still not working then repeat the the install procedure (in the stated order) and then again restart your computer.
It has been reported by several members that this procedure (up to three times) may be necessary before the Fn keys work correctly.
Edit: No, an un-install is not necessary.
