Adobe Reader cannot find the fonts

Good evening,

I can no longer open PDF files with Adobe Reader 7; each time it says, "Unable to create or find the font 'Times New Roman' (for example). Some characters may not display correctly." I have this problem with all PDF files, even though the TrueType fonts are properly installed on my PC.

I have a similar problem, it's just a few fonts that Adobe Reader doesn't recognize. There might be a way to specifically download those missing fonts, I don't know, if someone could inform me that would be nice.
