Hijackthis / WC log : help Diagnose tanx

Bonjour,
je rencontre avec un PC récemment acheté de nombreux problèmes.

Ma config :
windows 7 professionel 64 bits
processeur i5 2.67 Ghz
8 Go
gforce gtx 460
lecteur hitachi standard
carte mère asus p7p55d le

Je précise d'emblée que le pc a fait un passage par le SAV du magasin d'origine, et que le technicien garantit que le problème n'est pas matériel hardware (il a testé les barrettes mémoires, etc..). Il a déjà réinstallé windows une fois.

Systématiquement, chaque matin, au démarrage de l'ordinateur, je rencontre des Blue Screen of Death, dont le message varie quasiment à chaque fois..
en général c'est :
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (mais les barrettes mémoires ont été testées)
ou
STOP : c000021a {Fatal System Error}

Quand j'ai de la chance, au bout du 10eme redémarrage, windows s'ouvre, et fonctionne normalement le reste de la journée (meme après extinctio pour rallumage ou un simple redémarrer). Mais après une nuit éteint, au démarrage BSoD rebelotte..
