Il est possible de court-circuiter une prise en reliant deux câbles, mais cela peut être dangereux et causer des dommages électriques, des incendies ou des blessures. Il est recommandé de ne pas tenter cela.

The phone jack?? Well, yes, you can, no worries and no damage, just no more phone (it's not really meant for that anyway).

It's hard to say without more context, but a spark can indicate there's an electrical issue. It's generally a good idea to turn off the power and check the connections or consult a professional. Safety first!

The white, colorless, gray, and blue wires are the only ones I have; they are in their correct position.
I have a SFR neuf box that is perfectly well connected.
But no lights are lit on the box (only the Wi-Fi).... Internet is not working.
      WHY??

      (I am in unbundling)
