Hello,
I just bought a 16-year-old house. On the ground floor, there is a socket with 16 wires, and upstairs there are two sockets, one of which has 16 wires.
In my bedroom, the telephone socket only has 4 wires (yellow - green - orange - black).
I want to install my Neuf box in this room, but nothing happens while it works in the others.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

It is necessary for the wires that transmit the line to be connected to terminals 1 and 3 of your T-jack. When you take the jack, the T-bar is at the bottom, and terminals 1 and 3 are the first two on the left. Generally, it is the gray and white wires that are connected here, but afterwards, the color doesn't matter; the current is transmitted in the same way.
