Problème envoi email adresse hotmail

bonjours qu elle est ton soucis exactement car on peut pas t aider si tu explique pas plus en profondeur

je ne peux pas envoyer de mails à .hotmail.fr je reçois en retour le mail suivant:

c est qu elle version de msn 2009 ou 2011?

je ne sais pas j'utilise outlook

ah ok euh la je c est pas jai regarder ja trouve pas dsl mais je continurer a chercher demain et te recontact si jai trouver

Aller dans le répertoire "Office" et trouver outlook.exe
Cliquez droit dessus, puis "Propriétes"
Choisissez "Compatibilité"
Cochez "Exécuter ce programme en mode compatibilité"
Choisissez " Windows XP Service Pack 2"
