Hello,
I specifically signed up for this forum to find out if you know what the numbers 36300 and 37200 are or where they come from, etc.???
Because for the 37200, in fact, the content of the SMS came from a person I know, but the number with which this SMS was sent to me was 37200. Since it was a professional conversation and it was the first time this person had sent me a text, I didn’t ask them if the number was theirs or not.
However, for the number 36300, my sister who lives 12,000 km from France, and I sent each other a lot of texts this morning and at one point, the number that appeared was no longer hers while the content of the message definitely came from her (I know it because we were chatting in our native language, which is not French, so it could only have come from her).
I don't know if I'm explaining myself well?!
That is to say, during the first 3 texts from my sister, her name was displayed in my inbox since she is in my contacts. But then, during the conversation, suddenly, it was no longer her name that appeared when I opened my inbox but the number 36300. I still opened it even though I was surprised and indeed, the content of the SMS came from my sister.
The thing is that in replying, I hit "reply." My sister apparently still received my messages since the conversation continued normally. By the way, I forgot to ask her if she knew anything about this number or not.
I don't know anything about these special numbers and I'm a bit worried.
Could someone explain this to me, please??? Thanks in advance!

I feel the same way today. I just received a text from this number; I know it's a friend since the rest of the conversation is in English, as he is also very far from France. Before, it showed his name, and it's the first time this has happened to me too. Maybe it's because it's from abroad. If anyone has an answer, that would be cool.
