Restauration du grub

Bonjour,

habituellement dans ma machine j'expoloites window xp et ubuntu 10.04 alternate, j'ai un essaie d'installation de window xp, après redémarager j'ai perdu le Grub!
Comment faire pour le restaurer car actuellemnt je n'ai plus accès à ubuntu?
j'attend toutes les propositions possibles, Merci!
