I ordered a Galaxy Tab on April 4, 2013, paying an extra €19.90 to be delivered the next day. I received my package on March 8, and I even had to go to TNT to pick it up.
I then tried to contact Cdiscount, and there is really a problem: no customer contact via email or on the website, the number 3970 is both premium and useless. No response to my request, neither positive nor negative, simply the company Cdiscount prefers to ignore me.
CDISCOUNT is a company TO AVOID; one might even think they are thieves.

I strongly advise against Cdiscount; my order was canceled by the seller because they did not have the items in stock at the time of delivery. Cdiscount took a month to refund me, after I claimed it! And on top of that, they didn't fully refund me. €21.60 instead of €28.09! In short, they are thieves.

I ordered a complete door kit and it was delivered without the door. I had to return it, so I called C discount to inquire, who assured me that I would be reimbursed the €20 shipping fee I had to pay. CDISCOUNT IS A THIEF AND A LIAR, out of 7 items ordered, 3 were received correctly, 1 was the wrong reference and it's too expensive to return at my expense, 1 is a counterfeit of very poor quality, and 2 others were never received and not refunded after 2 months of phone calls, messages, etc...

Regarding orders and delivery, it's fine, but there is a big scam with the Cdiscount à volonté subscription. There is no way to cancel online, and when I call, I've been told twice that their system is down and that I would be called back to cancel. It's forced selling. Of course, nobody calls me back. Following this message, I requested an exchange/refund... only to receive a response stating that I must return the item at my own expense (!) and wait for their decision on the possibility of refunding me!
In other words: Cdiscount refuses to publish my review as a customer on the purchased product and asks me to pay to return the item and (possibly) be refunded!

I have just inadvertently made the purchase of the same product twice while I only wanted to buy one on this shopping site. In truth, it is the unreliable technology of their site that initially misled me, as it operates and is designed according to my opinion and habits of others of the same kind like Limasse. Moreover, even after attempting to cancel one of the two purchases through their so-called dedicated application for this purpose and typing a whole comment on my keyboard explaining and well documenting to ensure there would be no ambiguity regarding my attempt to cancel the purchase, the result was nothing at all; not only was nothing taken into account by these vultures, but it also took them about ten minutes to confirm these two purchases, leaving me with nothing I could do but lament about a second purchase imposed on me and, of course, invoiced without any recourse except towards the supplier who, of course, is not involved and can do nothing. The bottom line is, or at least from my unfortunate experiences, I assert that Cdiscount has a commercial policy of thieves, and this is not the first time I have been disappointed by purchasing a product on their site; therefore, they can forever forget about me and make a cross on my "naivety" as a good customer, like a teddy bear or sheep, those idiots.

-A REAL STRUGGLE to assert myself, while Cdiscount messed up its sale and delivery. Even when at fault, Cdiscount doesn't really take responsibility and doesn't do much to resolve the issue. Definitely don’t order anything from them, you’re guaranteed to have problems:
- payment with a system to lock you into a substantial monthly payment to get ... discounts!
- delivery is shaky: my first order of ink cartridges went rather well, to be quick.
- a glass teapot arrived in pieces, but the Chinese seller refunded me immediately even though it was the carrier's fault because the product was well packaged, but the carrier confused the package with a soccer ball!
- I ordered a racket from three different sellers, all of whom are French. We can mock the Chinese, but they are much more honest than our compatriots:

In case of issues, they send you back to the supplier as stated in the General Terms and Conditions (which have the force of law..). Market Places disclaim all responsibility but take their commission along the way.
The applicable law is that of the seller (so not that of C.D..).
Conclusion: Avoid Market Places or at least verify (BEFORE ordering..) if by chance the site handles disputes and doesn't just pass the buck. There are few who take on this responsibility!!.

If you understand the description without much doubt and you are not waiting for a response from a seller, and you manage to get real advice after spending x€ on this call (yes, they take your money but also provide information!!!), then maybe you will be satisfied. Personally, I am very disappointed in terms of information (calling only to be told to read the description... if that's not a scam...). It's just a roll of the dice when placing the order to be satisfied or not upon delivery; it's a shame.

So yes, it’s true that problems can arise, but to say it’s crappy, I don’t believe that.
If unfortunately you find yourself facing a problem, the site reveals its true nature:
I make over a hundred purchases a year online (eBay, Amazon, Pixmania... And even some questionable sites for the average person...)
