No! It's been over 2 weeks since I sent them merchandise via Kiala, for which everything is returned, and despite the big advertising from Sarenza for an express refund, I still haven't received anything and they are not responding to any of my emails!!!
Avoid it if you want to be refunded as soon as you return and not wait several weeks!

I advise you to be cautious regarding your orders on Sarenza. Make sure of yourself before ordering. Indeed, I had to return a pair of shoes myself because they didn't fit me. Sarenza didn't want to hear anything about it. Claiming that I had worn them, they forced me to buy them. (I had tried them on at home, realized they were way too tight, and put them back in their box!). Despite their advertising and the impression of ease of your service, be wary. You risk being forced to buy a pair of shoes for 200€ that doesn't even fit you.

You have to shop smartly, meaning instead of splurging on expensive sites like Sarenza, Zalando, etc., just like most people, don’t stick to the first pages where Google advertises them heavily. Instead, go to the other pages and you’ll find small self-employed websites that make a small margin and offer great prices on luxury products. I buy my boots for 160 euros and 180 euros at the beginning of the season, delivery included, from www.kiona.fr (the same ones on Zalando for 259 euros and the same price on Sarenza, but I haven’t seen them again for this winter????). I take advantage of them all winter, so I don’t have to wait for sales. There’s no comparison; I’m not crazy enough to let myself be ripped off by those big brands. I search and I find. There are also websites for small budgets without brands. To each their own taste.

I strongly advise against the website Sarenza.com. I bought a pair of Doc Martens for over €100, the leather is a shiny leather that is impossible to polish. I asked Sarenza how to take care of them, and I am still waiting for a response.
€100 and it's made in China, the laces are made of nylon, you walk 200 meters and you have to redo the laces every time. The Doc Martens logo, which usually appears on the right side of the shoe, was missing on both shoes. I filed a complaint and they sent me a 20% discount voucher valid for three months.
After 15 days of use, the insole has deformed, a bulge has formed under the arch of the toes, which is very uncomfortable for walking. I then bought a leather insole thinking it would improve things, but nothing worked.
I remembered that we had 100 days to return the shoes.
Mistake: 100 days IF you haven't worn them and they're in the original box. I don't see the point.
So they remain on my hands. This is the first and last time I buy shoes online; too bad for the other sites that offer quality, but as they say, there are two things to choose wisely in life: your bed and your shoes, because when you're not in one, you're in the other.

NOT RECOMMENDED. However, I have been a customer at Sarenza for quite some time. At first, there were no issues with purchases, and the shipping is very fast. But when it comes to refunds, it’s really BAD! Contrary to their ads that praise the speed, I am very disappointed; I have been waiting for three weeks to be refunded, and customer service is either evasive or doesn’t even respond to emails. Honestly, I’m done!
At least with Zalando, refunds are very quick; here it’s really slow and I’m wondering if I’ll ever be refunded. I’m really disappointed!

Indeed, at the beginning of April 2023, I ordered a pair of sneakers for €116 in size 41 that turned out to be too large, so I wanted to exchange them, but Sarenza is unfortunately a site that does not allow exchanges.
I then reordered the sneakers in size 40 and followed the return procedure by reusing the delivery package with the printed return label and, of course, the too-large sneakers carefully packaged.
I personally dropped off the package at my usual Chronopost pickup location (with which I have never encountered any issues).
A few days later, I noticed that the refund was not processed and that my Sarenza account stated that a package was received with no item inside.
I sent about ten messages to customer service over several weeks, without any response from Sarenza's customer service apart from the standard message sent to each customer. It is impossible to reach customer service by phone.
I believe I should not have to pay for either the incompetence and/or dishonesty of the carrier or the incompetence and/or dishonesty of Sarenza's storage areas.
Losing €116 without any accountability and receiving no response from customer service is DESPICABLE.
I do not commend you and I do not recommend you to anyone. SARENZA seems to me to be a site to avoid, to ban.

No number to contact them except a premium one 08 where I stayed on the phone for 30 minutes without any response. I won't explain the phone charges since it's €1 a minute...
I never received my package, they never respond to emails, and on top of that, they don't refund €120 down the drain. I am desperate; what is certain is that I will never order again...

I'm very disappointed with this site as well. I ordered a pair of sneakers in mid-July 2023, and now it’s the end of September and I still haven't received anything. There is no way to contact them by phone. Filling out forms and making complaints by email is pointless since they don't respond. In the meantime, they charged me 57 euros and I still haven't received anything.
I do not recommend this site at all!!!!
Hello, as far as I'm concerned, Sarenza is not reliable at all. For my order from 01-08-2024 for 4 items, I returned 2 items on 01-19-2024 (too big). Sarenza received them on 01-22-2024 but only refunded 1 on 01-28-2024. Sarenza says they can't find the second package/product even though I provided proof of postage and proof of delivery from Chronopost to Sarenza. Now it has been 8 weeks and Sarenza's customer service keeps telling me to be patient. I haven't even received a response to my last email from 03-18-2024. So I do not recommend the Sarenza site at all.

No, run away! An order placed for 2 items, one of the items returned but it took nearly a month of struggle for them to admit they had recorded the return. The payment for the retained item was made on time and today I receive a letter from a collection agency demanding payment for this item! There is no communication with Sarenza, they do not respond to emails or messages via their site. They completely ignore them. I will never order from them again!

I confirm that SARENZA is the most dishonest site I have used.
Since the end of July, I have been waiting for a refund of 50 euros for an order of shoes size 37 and they sent size 38.
Unbelievable, of course.
After 4 emails to SARENZA's customer service, still no response.
