My screen flickers with all colors

Hi, I have a problem with my Acer AL1716 screen. When I turn off my PC,
my screen stays on and blinks in all colors - green, red, blue...
and I can't turn it off. To turn it off, I have to do it before turning off the PC. I tried another screen, and it works fine with that one; If you have any solutions for my issue, thank you for letting me know.
Configuration: Acer AL1716 flat screen on Windows XP Home

Hi,

same problem but the cable disconnect/reconnect doesn't help

does anyone have an idea?
